Absolutely loved this poem. While we all may have very different stories, it is those small moments of life that not only connect us, but also define us. I believe that it is those very moments of the little things in life like food, fishing, and the zoo that remind us in our darkest times of our humanity; they are the light at the end of the tunnel. Kudos, V, this was very moving and painted a beautiful, real portrait of the local culture.
